• 1995-1998 Arcus Electronics company as head project manager on the very first VR (Virtual Reality) game in Poland for PepsiCo.
• 1998 founding of Extreme Car Audio (hereinafter referred to as the ECA), my own company, which was one of the very first in Poland in the industry of high-class professional car audio systems; inspired by similar companies operating in the West (Germany, France, etc.) and – in 1998 as a viewer from outside the industry – the Car & Sound Sinheim fair
• 2004 ECA cooperation with TVN Turbo, the first Polish automotive television channel, most of my projects from that period were presented in the Automaniak program with Martyna Wojciechowska and Maciej Wisławski
• 2005 at the invitation of Harmann International, I presented the Smart JBL Power demo car, built by us, at the JBL Europe stand at the Car & Sound Sinsheim fair, it was the first demo car from Central Europe presented at this famous trade show
• 2005 the Smart JBL Power demo car was featured on the home page of JBL’s Worldwide Website!
• 2007 the Honda Civic ECA demo car was presented in the famous Car & HiFi Germany magazine as the first car from a company from Central Europe
• 2008 at the invitation of Harmann International, I presented the Chevy Astro JBL Unlimited Power demo car, built by us, at the JBL Europe stand at the IFA Berlin fair. Again, it was the first car from a company from Central Europe to be presented at this very famous international trade show!
• 2008 ECA takes part in the Polish edition of the well-known “Pimp My Ride” show on the TVN Turbo automotive televison channel
• 2009 opening of a new division under the FF Custom & Classic Cars brand, dealing with the construction of the FF Speedster (replica of the famous 356 Speedster) and the renovation of classic cars
• 2010 ECA establishes cooperation with the VOLVO Poland bus factory as a supplier of customer adaptation solutions,
• 2010, the company is transformed into ECA GROUP due to many activities in various areas – ECA GROUP becomes the owner of the brands Extreme Car Audio, FF Custom & Classic Cars
• 2011 at VOLVO‘s request, I designed, implemented and launched production of innovative decorative body strips for the top model Volvo Coach 9900 bus. We then became suppliers of this solution and simultaneously installed strips on bus bodies at the factory
• 2011 our product was presented on the new Volvo Coach 9900 model at the BUS WORLD European bus industry trade fair in Kortrijk / Belgium
• 2012 noticing a need on the market, I started a new brand in the ECA GROUP portfolio dealing with professional car silencing at the luxury level – CICHE-AUTO.PL is launched
• 2014 expansion of cooperation with VOLVO Poland bus factory in the field of prototyping and small-lot production of interior fittings for the Volvo Coach 9900 and 9700 buses
• 2014 focus on successful cooperation with VOLVO Poland forces me to close the FF Custom & Classic Cars and suspend the Extreme Car Audio, while the CICHE-AUTO.PL division works well and becomes the market leader in Poland, with clients from many European countries
• 2018 design of a new type of decorative body strips for the VOLVO Polish bus factory, for the next generation of Volvo Coach 9900 bus model, work on new contract, more orders from factory forces me to definitely close Extreme Car Audio company.
• 2020 despite the global crisis of Covid-19, in such a niche business, the CICHE-AUTO.PL brand scores the best year in its history, obtaining a 4.9 score with over 100 customer reviews on Google!
• 2021, despite the difficulties associated with the pandemic, my wife and I opened coffee shop ON Cafe, maintained in a modern loft style, the place serves specialty coffee and home-made sweets, over the course of the year, we achieved a Google rating of 4.9 with over 200 customer reviews
• 2022 a new reopening of the CHIMERA PROJECT brand, established years ago and shelved due to other activities
• 2023 new opening of the Van FECHTER Campers brand, which is a part of my private hobby
• 2024 the GREEN SPACE project, which I co-authored, was qualified from 15th place out of 250 submitted projects to the incubation program of the WAB Eastern Business Accelerator; thanks to this, I launched as a partner the GREEN ENERGY 4 ALL startup, which will design and produce green energy solutions
