> 1995–1998 | Technical education, IT career development & early immersive technology experience

I studied Civil Engineering at Wrocław University of Science and Technology while simultaneously building my professional career in the IT sector, which was my primary area of interest at the time. Working in an IT company, I progressed through the full professional path — from hands-on technical roles (computer assembly and system implementation) to IT Project Manager, gaining early experience in team coordination, client communication and technology-driven delivery.

As part of this work, I co-created a Virtual Reality game developed for one of the first commercially available VR headsets Forte VFX1. The project was later acquired and used by PepsiCo (USA), providing my first exposure to immersive technologies, interactive systems and international business collaboration.

During the same period, alongside my IT career, I developed a growing interest in high-quality car audio systems. Through hands-on experimentation in my own vehicles and continuous analysis of the European market — supported by fluent German language skills — I identified a clear gap in professional automotive audio solutions in Poland. This insight led to a deliberate entrepreneurial decision to establish a specialized car audio business.

> 1998–2009 | Extreme Car Audio® — creation of the professional car audio market, experiential sound & spatial design

I founded Extreme Car Audio® after observing the rapidly developing professional car audio scene in Western Europe, particularly in Germany. At that time, the concept of professionally designed, experience-driven car audio systems was virtually non-existent in Poland. Together with only a small number of early pioneers, we actively co-created the professional car audio market in the country, moving far beyond basic installation services.

Extreme Car Audio focused on designing sound experiences inside vehicles, where loudspeakers and electronics were only one part of a broader system. Equally important were spatial visualization, structural design, material selection and custom fabrication, allowing complete environments to be conceived and built from scratch, often in forms that did not previously exist. This required the ability to imagine and engineer complex solutions combining sound, vibration, structure and visual identity into a coherent whole.

These competencies led to collaboration with global brands, which commissioned Extreme Car Audio to create high-end demonstration vehicles as brand showcases. Projects included demo cars built for JBL USA, presented jointly at major European exhibitions such as Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA).

I also designed and build a demonstration vehicle for 3M USA, created for the company’s showroom in Poland, as well as projects featured in widely recognized automotive television productions, including the Polish edition of Pimp My Ride USA.

Projects from this period were repeatedly featured in national television and leading automotive and audio magazines, establishing Extreme Car Audio as a reference point for creative, technically advanced and publicly visible sound-and-space projects, and laying the conceptual and practical foundations for all my later work in acoustics, vibration and integrated sensory environments.

> 2009–2014 | FF Custom & Classic Cars — advanced fabrication, materials & structural design

In parallel, I developed FF Custom & Classic Cars as an advanced fabrication environment focused on materials engineering, vibration behavior and precision construction. This work strengthened my ability to translate conceptual ideas into durable, high-quality physical structures, combining craftsmanship with engineering discipline, supported by active marketing and media visibility.

> 2010 | Formation of ECA GROUP — brand consolidation & multi-activity structure

In response to expanding activities across multiple specialized areas, my operations were consolidated under ECA GROUP, which became the umbrella entity for brands including Extreme Car Audio, FF Custom & Classic Cars and later CICHE-AUTO.PL®.

This structure enabled clearer brand separation, operational focus and long-term scalability while maintaining unified ownership and strategic direction.

> 2010–2018 | Industrial prototyping & long-term implementation — Volvo Buses ecosystem

My collaboration with the Volvo Buses ecosystem began when the factory sought an external partner capable of delivering custom, design-driven solutions that could not be executed within standard production processes. Based on prior publicly documented work, my team was selected to develop bespoke components enhancing the visual and functional quality of top-tier touring bus models – Volvo Coach 9900.

A key outcome of this cooperation was the conception, engineering and long-term production of external decorative body elements for Volvo’s flagship touring buses. I developed the complete technological concept of lightweight, anodized aluminum trim components, designed for permanent exterior use and bonded using advanced 3M adhesive systems rather than mechanical fastening. These elements became a highly visible design feature of the vehicle body, requiring exceptional precision and long-term durability.

What began as limited adaptations evolved into a long-term production and implementation partnership. My company designed, manufactured and installed these components directly on the factory production line, an uncommon level of responsibility for an external supplier. Over more than ten years of continuous cooperation, the delivered components recorded zero factory or market complaints.

In parallel, I designed and delivered additional customized interior and functional components tailored to specific customer requirements. This experience provided deep exposure to corporate manufacturing standards, rapid-response development and long-term supplier accountability, forming a critical foundation for later technology-driven ventures.

> 2012–present | CICHE-AUTO.PL — creation of the professional vehicle soundproofing market

Building on my background in high-end car audio, I identified a critical insight: true sound quality inside a vehicle requires precise control of vibration, resonance and unwanted noise. Audio competition vehicles demanded not only advanced sound systems, but also extensive acoustic treatment to fully reveal their potential. As clients increasingly returned requesting the same level of quietness and comfort in vehicles with factory-installed audio systems, I made a strategic decision to establish CICHE-AUTO.PL® as a dedicated brand focused on professional vehicle soundproofing and acoustic comfort optimization, effectively defining a new market in Poland.

Although CICHE-AUTO.PL® operates as a quality-driven, independent workshop based in Wrocław, the brand has consistently attracted clients from across Poland and multiple European countries. Customers regularly traveled long distances specifically to access its proprietary acoustic and vibration optimization expertise, confirming market demand beyond the local level and a strong reputation for reference-level results.

Through a systematic approach to vibration control, noise management and material interaction, supported by media cooperation and market education, CICHE-AUTO became the recognized market leader in this niche. This phase significantly deepened my expertise in vibration behavior, acoustic comfort and human perception, forming a direct conceptual and technical bridge to later work on integrated vibro-acoustic environments, including SonicNEST™.

> 2020–2024 | Independent concept development & validated innovation pathways

Alongside ongoing commercial operations, I pursued independent concept development focused on sound, vibration and human-centered environments, reflecting a conscious search for a new, more author-driven professional direction beyond long-term operational work.

This process included revisiting earlier bespoke audio concepts developed years earlier under Chimera Project, which had explored non-standard, high-end audio forms outside conventional loudspeaker paradigms. These ideas later evolved into Cosmic Soul Studio, conceived as a personal framework for integrated audio and spatial system design, forming the direct conceptual foundation for SonicNEST™.

In parallel, I co-developed Green Space, a renewable energy concept in which I acted as concept originator and co-author. The project was independently evaluated by external experts as globally innovative, selected for a structured incubation program (ranked 15th out of over 250 submissions) and supported by joint patent application work.

This period strengthened my ability to navigate external evaluation processes, validate originality at an international level and translate conceptual ideas into formally assessed innovation projects.

> 2024–present | SonicNEST — integrated vibro-acoustic platform

SonicNEST™ represents the first public, material realization of over two decades of work in sound engineering, vibration control, materials and system design. It is an integrated vibro-acoustic platform combining high-fidelity audio, vibration and spatial structure to create controlled sensory environments.

In 2024, following the long-term stabilization and nationwide recognition of CICHE-AUTO.PL®, I made a deliberate strategic decision to step away from full operational leadership of the brand, transferring day-to-day management and execution into trusted hands while remaining involved in a limited client-facing and advisory role. This transition allowed me to fully concentrate my time and creative capacity on the development of a new, author-driven technology platform.

SonicNEST™ supports immersive music listening, soundscapes, guided audio and modern neurowibration-based programs aimed at relaxation, focus and overall wellbeing, while remaining a standalone, commercially viable technology product designed for international scalability.

SonicNEST™ is a consumer experience platform and is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or therapeutic claims.

> 2026–present | Strategic U.S. market entry & international expansion focus

Following initial market exploration in 2024–2025, I made a deliberate strategic decision to launch and scale SonicNEST™ from the United States. The U.S. market offers a uniquely favorable environment for founder-led, experience-driven technology platforms, characterized by openness to innovation, faster validation cycles and a mature premium customer base.

This strategic focus marks the next phase of SonicNEST’s development, positioning the platform for international growth with the United States as its primary launch and operational base. The U.S. entity is being established as an operating company focused on product development, commercialization and partnerships. The business model is designed to generate active revenue and support future team expansion, ensuring non-marginal, growth-oriented operations.

> Long-term entrepreneurial focus & sustained market leadership

Across more than 27 years of professional activity, my work has been defined by long-term commitment rather than short-term experimentation. The ventures I initiated were built deliberately as specialized, niche-focused businesses, developed and sustained over many years.

Both Extreme Car Audio® and CICHE-AUTO.PL® evolved from early-stage concepts into recognized leaders within their respective markets, maintaining continuous operations and strong reputations for quality, expertise and reliability. This reflects a consistent entrepreneurial approach based on domain depth, operational discipline and lasting client trust, rather than frequent shifts between unrelated projects.
